About the role

Why Rogo

Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them.

This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.

About the Role

We’re hiring a G&A Recruiter in to build the teams that power Rogo’s growth across Finance, Operations, Legal, People, and other core business functions.

You’ll partner directly with functional leaders to hire everyone from foundational team members to senior leaders. These are critical hires that will shape how Rogo operates as we scale. You’ll own searches end-to-end, advise leaders on talent and hiring strategy, and build relationships with exceptional candidates across a broad range of disciplines.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll bring structure to new hiring needs, get up to speed quickly across functions, and build recruiting practices that make us better with every search.

What You Will Own

  • Build our core business teams: Own full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Operations, Legal, People, and other G&A functions, spanning individual contributors through senior leadership.
  • Shape searches with functional leaders: Translate business needs into clear role scopes, candidate profiles, and interview plans. Help leaders define what they need today and what will serve the business as it grows.
  • Find and engage exceptional talent: Map relevant companies and talent markets, build targeted pipelines, and engage passive candidates through thoughtful, compelling outreach.
  • Advise hiring decisions: Bring market insights and candidate evidence to conversations about experience, seniority, compensation, and team structure. Challenge assumptions and help leaders navigate tradeoffs.
  • Run rigorous hiring processes: Design interviews that assess functional expertise, judgment, and ability to operate at Rogo’s pace. Equip interviewers to evaluate consistently and drive timely decisions.
  • Close critical hires: Understand each candidate’s motivations, communicate the opportunity clearly, and partner with leadership on offer strategy and negotiation.
  • Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience: Build trust through clear communication, strong preparation, and consistent follow-through from first conversation through close.
  • Improve how we hire: Use Ashby and pipeline data to identify gaps, remove bottlenecks, and strengthen sourcing, assessment, and closing practices. Manage external search partners where needed.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring across G&A or business functions
  • Experience owning searches across several disciplines, including Finance, Operations, Legal, or People
  • Success hiring for high-growth companies, including senior or specialized roles
  • The curiosity and business judgment to learn new functions quickly and assess what strong talent looks like in each
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Strong sourcing and closing skills, including experience engaging passive candidates in competitive markets
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple searches with changing priorities
  • Clear communication and a disciplined, data-informed approach to recruiting
  • Excitement about working in person with our team in New York City

Who You Are

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.
  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.
  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.
  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?

  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.
  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.
  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.
  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.
  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
