You may be a good fit if you have
- Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written to master customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle calls and emails with professionalism, embodying the spirit of Field Nation in every interaction, particularly in high-stakes situations
- Mastery in the art of diplomacy, bringing separate perspectives together while remaining as a neutral third party.

Other Details
- This is a full-time, hybrid position (We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays for community building)
- Our office is located in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh and hours generally range from 8 pm - 5 am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)
