About the role

Founded in 2020, unybrands is the next-generation brand accelerator platform built to acquire, integrate, and scale digital-first consumer brands. Headquartered in Miami, with offices in New York, London, Berlin, and Shenzhen, our 240+ team brings deep expertise across e-commerce, brand management, consumer retail, operational scaling, and M&A.

Since inception, we have acquired 30+ brands across Pet Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Supplements, Baby & Juvenile, Garden & Outdoor, Sports & Fitness, and Home & Lifestyle — completing 20+ acquisitions and delivering 16 consecutive quarters of like-for-like organic growth post-integration.

Our competitive advantage lies in a fully integrated operating system purpose-built to transform digital brands into omni-channel category leaders. Powered by a proprietary technology stack built on NetSuite ERP with 200+ data integrations, our platform enables brands to thrive across marketplaces, direct-to-consumer channels, and brick-and-mortar retail.

We focus on acquiring digital-first brands within carefully selected verticals, then applying tailored value creation playbooks that drive growth through innovation, expansion, and automation. We believe the next generation of consumer brands will be built differently — and we're building the AI-enabled retail tech platform to help them consolidate and win.

We are looking for a Supply Planner to manage and optimize our inventory levels across multiple brands. Your primary goal will be ensuring the right product is available at the right time while balancing supply chain efficiency and working capital investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize planning parameters such as safety stock, order quantities, and replenishment cycles to maintain availability and minimize excess inventory.
  • Track and analyze key supply chain metrics, including supplier reliability, lead time accuracy, predicted lost sales and inventory efficiency, and provide the visibility for planning adjustments.
  • Develop reporting tools and models to provide visibility on supply chain performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive efficiency by refining planning methodologies, reducing supply chain costs, and improving working capital utilization.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand managers, finance, and logistics teams to align supply plans with business goals.
  • Ensure seamless and timely execution of purchase orders, shipments, and inventory replenishments to maintain stock availability.
  • Ensure planning and stock allocation to different sales channels, in accordance to trading seasons and other sales events.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as supplier negotiations, capacity planning, and supply network optimization.

A successful team member will have

  • 3+ years of experience in a supply chain planning role
  • Ideal previous exposure to e-commerce
  • Experience in dealing with systems and technology to scale planning operations: ERP knowledge, SQL, BI software, etc.
  • Strong reporting skills for a broad range of audiences: from preparing the data to presenting insights
  • Knowledge of different supply chain network configuration
