We are a team of passionate individuals about hardware, software, and network infrastructure looking to build the fastest, easiest-to-use, developer-centric single-tenant Cloud infrastructure. If you share this passion, join our growing team of talented people and help build the future of the Internet.

Why Latitude.sh?

We're a lean, agile team of passionate professionals who believe in the power of innovation and creative problem-solving. As part of our team, you won't be lost in the crowd – you'll be an essential contributor, making a real impact from day one.

Our values at Latitude.sh guide us in all our work and partnerships. We're proud to be an inclusive company, and we welcome all applicants for our open positions, regardless of their background, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, nationality, or disability. If these values speak to you, we'd love for you to become a part of our team.

The Role

The Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in developing and managing Latitude.sh’s capacity planning and vendor analysis framework across global data center operations — including space, power, network, and servers.

Working closely with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams, the analyst will anticipate capacity requirements, evaluate vendor proposals, and deliver clear reporting that guides infrastructure and procurement strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Capacity Planning & Forecasting
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive capacity planning models for data center space, power, servers, and network resources such as IP transit and backbone connectivity.
  • Forecast utilization to identify where capacity constraints may occur across the global portfolio.
  • Track provisioned versus active usage and provide early visibility into expansion needs.
  • Maintain dashboards showing available capacity, forecasted growth, and expected exhaustion timelines by site and service type.
  • Vendor Evaluation & Cost Analysis
  • Analyze and compare vendor proposals and quotes for data center colocation, IP transit, backbone, and related network services.
  • Build standardized cost-comparison models to identify the most cost-efficient vendor options.
  • Support procurement decisions with clear, data-driven recommendations and total cost analyses.
  • Monitor vendor pricing, terms, and performance to ensure competitiveness and long-term value.
  • Operational Reporting & Insights
  • Develop and manage a monthly reporting package or dashboard showing month-over-month and year-over-year variances in data center and network costs, and aggregate breakdowns by region, vendor, and service category.
  • Compare committed capacity versus billed actuals to identify underutilized or overextended resources and ensure full use of contracted commitments.
  • Validate and reconcile data across Finance and Operations to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Present insights and recommendations that inform vendor selection, cost optimization, and capacity planning across teams.

What We're Looking For

Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, capacity planning, cost management, or financial analysis, ideally within technology, telecommunications, or data center environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling).
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, with professional-level English (written and spoken).
  • Background in data center operations, network procurement, or telecom cost modeling (IP transit, dark fiber, backbone).
  • Preferred:
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and SQL or other data tools.
  • Exposure to DCIM, NetBox, or other infrastructure inventory systems.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong quantitative reasoning.
  • Organized and methodical, capable of structuring complex datasets into clear insights.
  • Proactive and forward-looking, anticipating capacity and cost challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, effective with both technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborative and dependable, thriving in a dynamic, global environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation
  • Annual Bonus based on company and team performance
  • Meal voucher (Caju): R$805,22/monthly
  • Wellhub
  • Transportation or fuel voucher (without discounts)
  • Health Plan (Sulamérica)
  • Dental Plan (Amil)
  • Subsidies for education, certification and English courses
  • On-site at Vila Mariana - São Paulo - SP
