About the role

We're seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join our team on major resources projects in regional WA. Working a 2:1 FIFO roster, you'll be responsible for leading crews and coordinating day-to-day construction activities to safely deliver your allocated scope of works.

Joining BMD means becoming part of a team with a strong track record of delivery, practical leadership and long-term success. You'll work alongside experienced people who understand what it takes to deliver challenging projects in remote environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive short and medium-term planning activities within your work area.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
  • Foster a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration and performance.

About you

You're an experienced FIFO Civil Supervisor who enjoys leading people, building strong teams and delivering quality outcomes. You take pride in setting high standards, leading by example and working in an environment where safety, accountability, teamwork and respect are valued every day.

  • Previous FIFO supervisory experience within civil construction or infrastructure projects
  • Ability to lead crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced site environment
  • Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Proven commitment to safety, quality and productivity
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
  • Experience in roads, earthworks, drainage or major civil infrastructure projects highly regarded
  • A team-first attitude and desire to contribute to a positive project culture
