What will your responsibilities be?

  • Collaborate with specialist clinical teams to identify and make available the right kinds of support, from occupational therapy to art therapy, and clinicians with specialism in trauma and attachment theory.
  • Manage lower caseloads to offer a more bespoke, person-centric focus and deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Ensure that children and young people are safe and secure, well looked after, and that high standards are consistently maintained.
