Role: Private Equity Summer Analyst
Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas
Program Structure: The Summer Analyst Program at THP is structured as a 10-week Internship. With strong performance over the course of the Internship, Summer Analysts will have the opportunity to move into a full-time Analyst role starting the following Summer (2029)

- Superior academic achievement at a top-tier undergraduate program (3.7+ GPA)

- High intellectual curiosity about private equity, investing, and company building
- Permanent U.S. work authorization
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with new investment opportunity sourcing
- Evaluating new deals including financial modeling and performing analysis on data sets
- Preparing materials summarizing qualitative and quantitative findings on investment opportunities
- Working with portfolio company management teams to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Supporting business development and investor relations
