About the Role
The Strategy & Operations team at Petra Labs has two primary responsibilities:
- Drive millions of dollars in AI-influenced revenue for our clients. You will leverage the data from our AEO platform to improve the way that LLMs describe and recommend our clients. We advise some of the best brands in the world, helping them allocate their marketing budgets more effectively and turn AI search into a measurable and growing source of revenue. We get our hands dirty and own the end outcomes on behalf of our customers. You'll work directly with our clients as a trusted partner and expert in driving revenue from AI search
- Shape the product roadmap. Petra Labs is building an AI-enabled services platform, and our S&O team works hand in hand with Engineering to develop our core product, build out our agent platform, and further the development of our attribution models.
This is a first-class role within the company. The S&O team understands our customer, our product, and our value proposition better than anyone. As such, it’s common for S&O team members to also be involved in every other area of the business, including sales, research, product management, marketing, and more.
