About the role

About Us

AttoTude is developing next-generation AI infrastructure and networking technologies designed to dramatically improve the reliability and economics of AI interconnect systems. We are building advanced hardware systems spanning semiconductors, advanced packaging and next generation cable technology.

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain leader to build and lead critical sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain operations across our rapidly growing hardware organization.

Position Summary

The Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain leader will own strategic supplier relationships, sourcing strategy, procurement operations, and supply continuity initiatives across semiconductor, networking, electronics, optics, mechanical, and manufacturing categories.

This leader will play a foundational role in building AttoTude’s global supply chain organization and operational infrastructure while supporting product development, new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing ramp, and long-term scaling. The ideal candidate combines deep commercial and operational expertise with strong technical understanding of semiconductor and hardware supply chains.

This role requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, finance, manufacturing partners, and executive leadership.

Cross-Functional Hardware Operations

  • Partner with hardware engineering on BOM strategy, approved vendor lists (AVL), component lifecycle management, and sourcing risk assessments
  • Support engineering builds and NPI phases including EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure supply readiness and execution
  • Work closely with finance on budgeting, forecasting, cost modeling, inventory planning, and supplier commitments
  • Support logistics, international sourcing, import/export, and operational scaling activities

Supply Chain Risk & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor semiconductor, networking, and electronics markets for lead time trends, allocation risks, pricing changes, tariffs, and geopolitical impacts
  • Develop contingency plans for constrained supply environments and single-source dependencies
  • Assess supplier financial health, manufacturing concentration risks, and operational resiliency
  • Lead crisis management activities related to supply disruptions or shortages

Team Leadership

  • Build and mentor sourcing, procurement, and supply chain personnel over time
  • Create a high-performance, execution-oriented operational culture
  • Drive accountability, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment across the organization
