  • Own the stock plan for your category, including OTB budgets and supply assumptions.
  • Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and create action plans with buying and merchandising teams.
  • Maintain supplier relationships to reduce lead times and support delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate with warehousing and logistics to ensure accurate and timely stock movement.

  • Support seasonal stock planning and post-season consolidation to optimise availability and minimise waste.
  • Build and maintain tools and reports that track forecast accuracy and inventory health.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, inventory control and reporting processes.
  • Success in this role will be measured through forecast accuracy, stock availability and service levels, reduction in obsolete and excess stock, timely and accurate reporting, and the impact of promotional and clearance strategies on stock health.

About You

  • You have 2+ years’ experience in stock or inventory planning, range planning or merchandising.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can work confidently with large datasets.
  • You have advanced Excel skills and are comfortable using ERP or stock planning systems.
  • You can communicate and influence across multiple stakeholders, including suppliers.
  • You are highly organised and able to manage multiple product categories under time constraints.
  • A degree or professional qualification in supply chain, business, mathematics or a related field would be useful.
