Location: Most roles are based in San Francisco or New York, with some flexibility for remote depending on the company and role.

Qualifications
- You've built something meaningful; a company, a product, a team, or a function
- You thrive in ambiguity and move fast without sacrificing quality
- You're looking for a role at an early-stage company (Seed to Series B) where you can have outsized impact
- You want to be part of building something from the ground up, not optimizing an existing machine
- You have a bias toward action and a track record of getting things done
Nice to Have
- Previous startup experience, especially in a founding or early employee role
- Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, legal, or other enterprise verticals
- Technical background (engineering, product, data science) even if not in a technical role
- Experience at a high-growth company through a significant scaling phase
