  • Lead end-to-end product development lifecycles from customer discovery and problem framing through MVP prototyping, technical requirement definition (PRDs), backlog prioritization, and enterprise-scale rollouts.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Data Governance teams to architect platform standards compliant with GxP, data privacy regulations, and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) validation frameworks where applicable.
  • Establish product telemetry, quantitative adoption metrics, and reliability benchmarks to measure the velocity, scientific impact, and operational health of platform services.
  • Champion platform product management best practices, mentoring cross-functional team members and advocating for modular, interoperable system architectures.
  • Act as the strategic partner to senior scientific leaders and biopharma collaborators, aligning technical platform investments directly with enterprise pipeline milestones and portfolio priorities.

Who You Are: (Required)

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or advanced degree (Master’s/Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • You possess 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of conceptualizing, building, and scaling enterprise platforms, data infrastructure, or SaaS products for healthcare.
  • You bring proven experience driving software and data products within life sciences, biotechnology, digital health, bioinformatics, or clinical research environments.
  • You are an exceptional communicator and influencer who effortlessly navigates technical, scientific, and executive stakeholders to drive consensus and strategic alignment.

Preferred

  • You have an advanced degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success delivering platforms that support machine learning operations (MLOps), digital pathology, multi-omics, or regulated clinical trial analytics.
  • Practical understanding of regulatory validation and quality compliance in biopharma or diagnostics (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, SaMD).
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced R&D environments while balancing long-term architectural stability with agile feature delivery.
