  • Manage Radar's operating expenses, including vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and credit card transactions.
  • Oversee subscription and invoice creation, track cash receipts and payments, and maintain accurate bank transaction records.
  • Partner closely with the Accounting team and manage vendor and customer communications, helping streamline workflows and support broader financial operations.

Who you are

  • 0–2 years of accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA license or actively working toward obtaining one.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
  • A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and eagerness to learn.
  • An excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Adaptable, organized, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Who you'll work with

  • Zach Fraser, Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operations Officer
  • Madeline Ewer, Controller
  • Alex Rose, Accounting Manager
  • Ciaran Ennis, Director, GTM Ops
  • Sean Pokorney, Revenue Operations

What we offer

  • Meaningful stock options in a fast-growing company
  • 401(k) plan with 4% match
  • New HQ in Flatiron, NYC
  • Top-notch equipment
  • Catered lunches
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% coverage for employees
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Commuter and fitness benefits

We'll share full details of our benefits package at the offer stage. Benefits may vary by location.
