About the role

Your Role in Our Story

As a Sr. Treasury Analyst, you will:

  • Monitor global account balances, arrange funding, and determine short- and longer-term Group borrowing or paydown requirements
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash forecasts; analyze drivers and variances; and lead improvements and automation of the forecasting process
  • Execute treasury settlements, oversee trade settlements, and investigate differences between expected and actual cash movements
  • Coordinate payments (especially prepayments), stock deliveries, and ultimately collections with the local finance & ops teams
  • Reconcile transactions in FIS Integrity, close and settle internal FX deals in the TMS, execute external FX settlements through FXall, and support exposure monitoring and hedging
  • Open, maintain, and monitor parent guarantees, bank guarantees, and letters of credit in the TMS, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up
  • Act as an operational contact for banking matters and support account openings, mandates, KYC, AML, electronic banking, and issue resolution
  • Track and report bank fees, interest income, treasury KPIs, dashboards, and weekly working-capital measures, highlighting material trends or discrepancies
  • Apply treasury controls and segregation of duties, maintain procedures and audit trails, and support external and year-end audit requests, including bank-loan confirmations.
  • Prioritize funding, margin, and collateral needs and coordinate with trading, operations, accounting, and middle office to resolve time-critical breaks
  • Guide junior colleagues, communicate treasury efficiencies to senior management, strengthen service levels, and lead standardization, automation, and ad-hoc projects

Your Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related discipline
  • 5-10 years of experience in an operational treasury role, with demonstrated ownership of daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, settlements, and transaction processing
  • Strong understanding of multi-currency cash management, FX exposures, funding mechanics, treasury controls, and segregation of duties
  • Advanced Excel skills for forecasting, reconciliations, and scenario analysis, combined with excellent attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with a treasury management system and electronic banking platforms; experience with FIS Integrity is a nice to have
  • Experience with KPI reporting and analytics; Power BI experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of KYC, AML, banking compliance, guarantees, and letters of credit

The base pay range for this position is $110,000-$150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay is just one component of the total competitive compensation package for employees.

If you meet these criteria and are ready to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply.
