1. Partner with Receiving and Production Quality to improve incoming inspection and containment strategies.

1. Drive improvements in supplier traceability, process controls, workmanship, inspection/test coverage, and change-control

discipline.

1. Conduct supplier performance reviews and escalate significant quality concerns as appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of root-cause analysis, 8D, CAPA/SCAR, supplier auditing, manufacturing process controls, FAI/NPI, and

corrective-action effectiveness.

1. Experience with electronics manufacturing, contract manufacturers, PCBA, server/storage systems, or complex

electromechanical products preferred.

1. Strong technical problem-solving and data-analysis skills.

1. Ability to independently evaluate supplier RCA/FA findings and challenge unsupported conclusions using objective technical

evidence.

1. Demonstrated ability to lead supplier corrective-action and continuous-improvement activities.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across suppliers, Engineering, Operations,
