Job Overview
Hasbro is building the next generation of digital capabilities, with SAP Business Suite 4 SAP HANA (S/4HANA) at the core of our global transformation. We are seeking a Senior Order-to-Cash Functional Lead to own and advance our S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) landscape. This role is not transitional; it is designed for a leader who will define future-ready processes, drive standardization, and shape how we deliver exceptional customer, retail, and partner experiences worldwide.
You will serve as the primary strategist and design authority for OTC business processes, ensuring they leverage modern S/4HANA functionality and align with Hasbro’s evolving digital, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), and B2B strategies.
This position is a core contributor to Hasbro’s global digital transformation and is uniquely positioned to own and define future-ready OTC processes, drive adoption of S/4HANA-native capabilities, shape the enterprise-wide SAP roadmap, and strengthen global operational excellence across D2C and B2B channels.
You will play a pivotal role in modernizing how Hasbro delivers products and experiences to customers around the world. Candidates who can demonstrate these skills through a variety of backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply.
Location and Work Arrangement
This role is based at our Boston, Massachusetts office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.
What You'll Do
- Act as the global owner for S/4HANA OTC processes, championing adoption of standard capabilities over legacy SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) approaches.
- Define and maintain global OTC process standards, policies, and best-practice designs.
- Drive continuous improvement across order management, pricing, Available-to-Promise (ATP), delivery execution, billing, and credit management.
- Support Hasbro’s global digital roadmap across Direct-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business channels.
- Translate business strategies into scalable, S/4HANA-native OTC solutions.
- Lead functional design sessions, model future-state processes, and educate stakeholders on S/4 capabilities.
- Oversee configuration, enhancements, and testing activities, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing for OTC initiatives.
- Partner with Finance, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Procurement to deliver fully integrated end-to-end OTC processes.
- Guide external consultants, developers, and internal teams to ensure solutions align with S/4HANA standards.
- Support integrations using Intermediate Document (IDoc), Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI), Application Link Enabling (ALE), and SAP Integration Suite in scalable, cloud-aware patterns.
- Maintain process documentation, training materials, and functional specifications.
- Contribute to IT governance, ensuring consistent development practices, quality standards, and methodology adherence.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and functional solution design experience.
- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle and the ability to articulate S/4HANA advantages and simplification concepts.
- Expertise in S/4HANA Sales & Distribution including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery processing, billing innovations, and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) credit management.
- Experience designing integrated processes across Finance, Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Procurement.
- Working knowledge of S/4 architecture, Fiori UX, and embedded analytics.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions across business and technology groups.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience is welcome.

Notice Regarding Hasbro’s use of AI in the Recruitment Process
We use Greenhouse’s AI-powered Talent Matching tool to compare your application against our job requirements.
How it works: Talent Matching compares information from your resume and application responses with job-related criteria established and weighted by Hasbro’s recruiting and hiring teams. Depending on the role, these criteria may include relevant skills, work experience, prior job titles, and industry experience. The tool then assigns a match category to help organize applications for review.
Human oversight: Talent Matching supports — but does not replace — human review. It does not automatically advance or reject candidates or make employment decisions. Hasbro’s recruiters and hiring managers review applications and remain responsible for all hiring decisions.
