About the role

Senior Order and Fulfillment Manager

WEKA is transforming how organizations build, run, and scale AI and accelerated compute workflows with NeuralMesh™, our intelligent, adaptive mesh storage system. Unlike traditional data infrastructures, which become more fragile as compute environments grow and performance demands increase, NeuralMesh becomes faster, stronger, and more efficient as it scales, providing a flexible, adaptable foundation for enterprise and agentic AI innovation that maximizes GPU utilization, accelerates time to first token, and lowers the cost of innovation.

WEKA is a growth-stage company backed by world-class venture capital investors and AI infrastructure industry leaders. Our technology, purpose-built for AI, has garnered over 140 patents and is trusted by more than 30% of Fortune 50 enterprises, as well as the world's leading hyperscalers, neoclouds, and AI innovators. Our team is customer-obsessed and works accountably, boldly, and collaboratively to ensure their success. If we sound like your kind of people, join us!

About this Role

The Senior Order Management Specialist will be focusing on the order lifecycle - entry, processing and fulfillment through shipment confirmation. This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role with real leverage. WEKA sells complex, high-value contracts across software subscriptions, appliances, and cloud consumption. Getting those orders right protects revenue recognition, shortens days sales outstanding, and keeps our sales team selling instead of chasing paperwork. You will be a trusted partner to Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Customer Success, and a firm voice for the governance that keeps our order-to-cash process audit-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the order lifecycle - entry, processing, fulfillment and shipment confirmation
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies or fulfillment issues
  • Communicate with internal customers regarding order status, changes or issues
  • Handle escalated order issues, entitlement and exceptions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinate with Suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time shipments
  • Develop and implement processes to improve order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and overall operational efficiency
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order cycle time, shipment lead time, shipping accuracy, on-time delivery rate
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product Management, Professional Services, Deals Desk and Sales Teams

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, logistics, or a related operations role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software (i.e. SFDC), ERP software (i.e. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

If you are excited about this position but don't meet every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway – you may just be the right candidate for this or other positions at WEKA.
