The Opportunity

BranchLab's Product team builds Pathwai™, helping pharmaceutical manufacturers and agencies plan, activate, measure, and optimize healthcare advertising campaigns. We're hiring a Senior Director of Product to lead our measurement and optimization strategy, connecting media performance with healthcare outcomes and translating insights into better commercial decisions.

You'll work with the CTO and CEO to own the product vision, roadmap, and measurement strategy, partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Client Success. You'll initially operate as a hands-on product leader, working directly with customers and technical teams while helping shape BranchLab’s broader company strategy. As BranchLab grows, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team. Success means trusted, scalable measurement capabilities, strong customer adoption, and differentiated products that drive quantifiable business value.

What You Will Do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare advertising measurement, attribution, outcomes analysis and optimization.
  • Define scalable, scientifically credible measurement methodologies that connect media exposure to healthcare outcomes and support confident customer decisions.
  • Develop strategies for healthcare outcomes data, measurement partnerships, clean rooms and privacy-safe measurement capabilities.
  • Lead development of AI-powered insights, recommendations, and optimization workflows, partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design.
  • Engage pharmaceutical customers and industry partners, translating market needs into differentiated products that drive adoption, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product management and leadership of advertising or healthcare measurement products.
  • Direct ownership of a pharmaceutical advertising measurement, healthcare attribution, or healthcare outcomes measurement product.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare incrementality, exposed-control studies, attribution, or outcomes measurement methodologies.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare agencies, media platforms, or healthcare data providers.
  • Demonstrated experience leading data-intensive products from strategy through launch and commercial adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Veeva Crossix, IQVIA or comparable platforms.
  • Familiarity with media mix modeling, advanced attribution, experimental design, and privacy-safe measurement frameworks.
  • Experience bringing AI-powered analytics, insights, or decision-support products to market.
  • Understand healthcare data ecosystems, clean rooms, DSPs, and measurement partnerships.
  • Experience presenting measurement methodologies, study results, and commercial insights to pharmaceutical brands, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience defining product strategy and influencing cross-functional teams in high-growth organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style with the ability to build teams as the organization scales.
