  • Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end customer experience across sales, onboarding, support, and service.
  • Translate insights into clear, compelling recommendations that drive alignment and measurable business impact

  • Lead and develop a high performing insights team
  • Build a culture of collaboration and continuous learning where researchers regularly share insights, approaches, and lessons learned across domains
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience
  • Champion a culture of curiosity, customer obsession, and evidence-based decision-making across the company.

What You Bring

  • 12+ years of experience in market research, with significant people leadership experience
  • Deep expertise across qualitative and quantitative methods, including advanced analytics (e.g., clustering, driver analysis, MaxDiff)
  • Proven experience partnering with Marketing, Product, Design, and Customer Experience teams to deliver both ad-hoc and tracking insights
