  • Conduct advanced analysis in Excel, Power BI, Jupiter/WDP (ADVANA), and other FM systems and business tools to inform program decisions and resource tradeoffs
  • Guide and contribute to PPBE activities, including POM planning, budget exhibits, and long‐range resource projections
  • Prepare senior‐level financial briefings, program reviews, dashboards, and decision-support products for Government leadership
  • Advise PMs, BFMs, contracting, logistics, cost estimating, and other functional roles on acquisition financial workflows, planning considerations, and risk implications
  • Lead responses to financial data calls and interpret complex financial data to deliver clear, actionable guidance
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and reconciliation of financial data across Government systems and reporting environments
  • Mentor and support junior and mid‐level BFMs in execution tasks, analysis methods, and acquisition financial processes

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience in financial management or financial analysis supporting federal or acquisition programs
  • Experience using Navy ERP or comparable federal FM systems for planning, funds execution, tracking and financial oversight
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with modern analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to produce senior‐level financial insights, briefings, and decision-support materials
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Government program offices and functional teams
  • Strong understanding of execution data (commitments, obligations, expenditures) and financial planning concepts
  • Active Secret clearance (required)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Navy acquisition program offices at the senior level
  • Familiarity with the full PPBE process, including POM planning, budget formulation, and resource strategy development
  • Experience with Jupiter/WDP (ADVANA), Power BI, Excel, PBIS/PBIS‐IR, or similar DoN analytics and budget tools
  • Experience preparing program reviews, budget exhibits, and other senior‐level planning deliverables
  • Ability to advise and mentor analysts and support enterprise financial process improvements
