Hello Speech-Language Pathologists! AnthroMed Education is a school-based organization dedicated to supporting clinicians with thoughtful placements, ongoing mentorship, and resources that help them thrive. We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Yelm, Washington, for the 2026–2027 school year, beginning in September. This opportunity is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows completing their CFY.

This role offers a defined caseload of approximately 45–50 students across grades 9–12 and an 18–22 transition program. It is a strong opportunity for an SLP-CF seeking structured support during their Clinical Fellowship or an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who values collaboration, stability, and a single-site assignment.

The position will transition speech-language services from a remote model to consistent, in-person support for students and staff.

  • Service model: Combination of push-in, pull-out, and consultation services
