But we’re more than just a tech company. We value diversity, inclusion and sustainability as we strive to make a positive impact on the world. Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential.

Job's mission

In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise and passion for people development to shape ASM’s technician training strategy. By designing programs, frameworks, and hands-on training content, you’ll help drive product quality, consistency, and delivery efficiency. You’ll also play a key role in cross-functional collaboration — working closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to make sure every technician is set up for success.

What you will be working on

  • Design and develop technical training programs to support critical tasks and improve delivery quality and efficiency
  • Build and maintain competency frameworks and assessment matrices for technician certification
  • Administer on-the-job training (OJT) and ensure compliance with structured development paths
  • Present training progress, metrics, and outcomes to internal stakeholders
  • Create training courseware, collaborate with SMEs, and provide constructive feedback on improvements
  • Lead the workmanship training program for new hire technicians
  • Maintain and continuously improve training facilities and infrastructure
  • Support or lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in capital equipment manufacturing or semiconductor equipment engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems
  • Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • ACTA/ACLP or equivalent certification in training design and delivery

Apply today to be part of what’s next.

We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world. We do this with an eye to the future, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible through cutting-edge innovation, and driving the next wave of technological breakthroughs that shape how we live, work, and connect.
