About the Role
We’re looking for a new member to join our Special Projects Team to keep our Talent Partners supplied with a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Find the right people: research and identify strong candidates for our open roles
- Reach out at volume: run outreach across email, LinkedIn and other channels
- Turn outreach into meetings: keep a high conversion rate from first message to qualified meeting
- Keep improving: test and refine your messaging, and use AI tools to make outreach faster and more structured
- This role is based within our broader Special Projects team, with the potential to extend responsibilities beyond Talent with high-performing candidates
This is a full-time role in our London office.
Who You Are
