About The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-ownership Mobile Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will build, optimize, and scale consumer-facing mobile experiences that drive core growth across global markets—from acquisition and activation to trading conversion.

We operate as an AI-native engineering team: we expect engineers to leverage modern agentic workflows (like Claude Code, Codex, and automated developer tooling) to build scalable features rapidly and craft next-generation engineering systems. While deep native Android proficiency is required, you will think holistically about the entire mobile lifecycle, taking end-to-end product ownership and collaborating across platform boundaries.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive Growth & User Experience: Design, build, and optimize high-impact mobile features focused on improving user acquisition, activation, trading conversion, and overall mobile user experience across global markets.
  • Take End-to-End Ownership: Partner directly with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Backend Engineers to define product requirements, tie technical execution directly to business metrics, and see features through from ideation to production impact.
  • Pioneer AI-Native Workflows: Actively integrate modern AI engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) into your daily routine. Help design and institutionalize automated, AI-powered development workflows, testing suites, and internal developer tooling beyond simple code generation.
  • Shape Shared Mobile Architecture: Deliver robust native Android features while thinking beyond a single platform—contributing to shared mobile architectural standards, unified client-side design patterns, and cross-platform infrastructure.
  • Iterate with Data & Rigor: Instrument robust event tracking, execute rigorous A/B experiments, analyze user behavior data, and iterate rapidly to drive sustained conversion improvements.
  • Uphold Engineering Excellence: Write clean, modular, and resilient code. Maintain high standards for automated testing, performance tuning, crash-free session rates, and secure release governance.

What We Look For In You

  • Native Android Foundations: Solid software engineering fundamentals with production experience building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable native Android applications (Kotlin, modern Jetpack libraries, Clean Architecture).
  • AI-Native Mindset: Active practitioner of modern AI coding assistants and agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor). A genuine drive to automate repetitive tasks and build AI-augmented developer workflows.
  • Business & Product Ownership: Understanding user needs, business metrics, and taking end-to-end ownership of features and outcomes.
  • Cross-Platform Vision: Ability to think beyond a single platform and contribute to shared mobile architecture.
  • Experimentation & Execution: Hands-on experience or familiarity with mobile analytics, A/B testing methodologies, feature flagging, and rapid conversion optimization.

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience in Fintech, Crypto, high-frequency trading platforms, or high-growth consumer apps.
  • Experience maintaining or contributing to shared mobile frameworks, multiplatform architectures (e.g., Kotlin Multiplatform), or design systems.
  • Experience building or maintaining modern mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions, custom Gradle plugins).
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate seamlessly with distributed product and engineering teams across global offices.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!
