About The Role

Coinflow is seeking a Software Engineer to help design and build the products our customers use every day. You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create reliable, scalable tools that simplify payments and reporting for merchants and partners. Your work will have a direct impact on customer experience and Coinflow's success.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new features and enhancements for key product areas, such as payments, dashboards, and customer portals.
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design to implementation and launch.
  • Work closely with product and design teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and support engineering best practices.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience as a software engineer, preferably building customer-facing products.
  • Experience with TypeScript/Node; additional familiarity with Go, Rust, or Python is a plus.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality software that makes users’ lives easier.
  • Comfort with modern development workflows, including code review and CI/CD.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary ($130,000 - $150,000 USD, or local equivalent) and meaningful equity in a growing fintech company.
  • Hands-on opportunities to impact product features from day one.
  • Collaborative team environment and direct access to experienced leadership.
  • Health and wellness benefits, 401(k) savings plan, and open time off.

Join the team rewriting how money moves worldwide—and become a driving force in the $194 trillion cross-border payments market.
