About the role
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Adults Social Worker to join our client’s Adults Community Team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
- Deliver specialist assessments and interventions within the Adults Community Team, supporting clients with Autism, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), and complex physical health conditions.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and COPDOL responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, checking employment history gaps, and verifying qualifications in line with JDPS standards.
- Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced duty system, engaging with clients, families, and multi‑disciplinary professionals to provide timely support and effective case management.

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
