Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team within a supportive and forward thinking local authority in Berkshire. Key Responsibilities
- Working with children and families to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support
- Building strong partnerships and co‑producing solutions with children, young people, families, and multi‑agency partners
- Advocating for the voices of children and young people
- Maintaining accurate records in line with local policy and producing clear reports, updates, and presentations for a range of stakeholders
- Applying a strong understanding of the Children Act 1989/2004 and the Children and Families Act 2014
Requirements
- Completed ASYE, full driving licence, and access to a vehicle
- Registered with Social Work England
- Experience working with children and families
- Right to work in the UK
