Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) Plus: £3,000 retention bonus

About the Role
As a Social Worker within the Assessment Team, you will:
- Conduct assessments of children and young people’s circumstances to determine appropriate interventions or referrals
- Plan and implement interventions for allocated cases, ensuring timely and effective support
- Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure coordinated support for children, young people, and carers
- Work with a strong understanding of safeguarding requirements
- Proactively develop your professional knowledge, skills, and behaviours
- Act in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures, understanding their purpose and importance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant Social Work qualification
- Completed ASYE
- Active Social Work England registration
