About the role

About the Role

Social Insights Analysts help clients understand how audiences, content, and campaigns perform across social and digital channels. You analyze organic, paid, and earned media activity, identify meaningful patterns, and turn data into insights that inform strategy.

You'll work across platform analytics, social listening, community research, and competitive intelligence to understand what audiences care about, how conversations are evolving, and where brands have opportunities to engage. You'll partner closely with Strategy and Activation teams to deliver insights that help clients make better decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze organic, paid, and earned media performance across social and digital platforms.
  • Monitor audience conversations, sentiment, share of voice, and emerging trends.
  • Research online communities, creators, influencers, and competitive landscapes.
  • Build recurring reports, dashboards, and client-ready deliverables.
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Strategy and Activation teams to inform content, channel, and campaign decisions.
  • Track platform, cultural, and industry developments relevant to client work.
  • Support audits, landscape analyses, and new business research.
  • Apply AI tools and workflows to improve research, reporting, and analysis.

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in social analytics, digital measurement, social intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience with platform analytics tools and social listening platforms, including writing Boolean queries and checking results before reporting.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics across organic, paid, and earned channels.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with reporting or visualization tools is a plus.
  • Ability to identify patterns in data and turn them into practical insights.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity about audiences, culture, platforms, and emerging trends.
  • Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, or reporting.
  • A collaborative approach, including a willingness to share what you learn and give clear, constructive feedback to teammates.
  • Active engagement in the wider company, with a habit of looking for opportunities to contribute beyond the immediate role.

What Success Looks Like

  • Your work helps clients understand performance and make informed decisions.
  • Reporting states what each metric means for the client's decision.
  • Deliverables are accurate, clear, and client-ready.
  • Strategy and Activation teams trust the quality of your analysis.
  • You develop deeper expertise across platforms, tools, and methodologies while taking on increasing ownership over time.
