Requirements
- 3+ years in SMM, including experience building a strategy from scratch
- Portfolio of accounts you’ve grown, with real numbers (reach, engagement, followers, leads)
- Experience running several brands or projects at the same time
- Strong copywriting in English: you write posts, captions and video scripts yourself
- Experience writing briefs and managing designers, video editors or creators
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Facebook: formats, algorithms, trends
- Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway or similar)
- Confident with analytics: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics
- Basic content creation skills: Canva or Figma, CapCut or similar for short-form video
- English at B2 or higher
- Nice to have: B2B / LinkedIn experience, MENA or global markets, paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads)

Duties
- Build the SMM strategy for Daos and each project: audiences, positioning, content pillars, platform roles and KPIs
- Own Daos’s channels on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, from strategy to publishing
- Create and manage separate pages for different Daos projects, each with its own tone and content plan
- Build monthly content plans and editorial calendars for each channel
- Create content yourself: posts, captions, carousels, video scripts, Reels and Shorts concepts
- Write clear briefs for designers, video editors, photographers and creators, and approve their work
- Plan content shoots: ideas, shot lists and direction
- Spot trends early and turn them into on-brand content fast
- Manage the community: comments, messages, engagement and negative feedback
- Run collaborations with influencers, creators and UGC
- Work with the performance team so organic and paid content support each other
- Use AI tools every day to create, test and analyze faster, and build AI workflows for the future team
- Monitor competitors and benchmark Daos’s performance against them
- Track KPIs, report weekly and monthly, and keep improving what works
