Service Technician

Job Summary

The Service Technician independently performs maintenance tasks, troubleshoots issues, and ensures the highest quality of service, with a particular emphasis on meticulous service, touch-ups, custom cabinet work, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive Service Requests:
2. Review service requests and understand the scope of work, especially for custom cabinets.
3. Review Service Requirements:
4. Assess project specifications, site conditions, and special requirements to ensure all quality standards are met.
5. Perform Maintenance and Repairs:
6. Independently carry out maintenance and repair tasks with precision, ensuring the highest quality standards.
7. Custom Cabinet Work:
8. Execute custom cabinet installations, modifications, and repairs with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless and fully operational results.
9. Address Issues and Delays:
10. Proactively resolve issues and delays, minimizing disruptions and maintaining quality.
11. Perform Services and Touch-Ups:
12. Execute comprehensive services and touch-ups with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the service are flawless and fully operational.
13. Ensure Customer Satisfaction:
14. Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring all services meet or exceed their satisfaction.
15. Document and Evaluate:
16. Thoroughly document details, gather feedback, and identify areas for quality improvement.
17. Provide Feedback to Installation Manager:
18. Report on performance, satisfaction, and any quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
