  • Design clean abstractions and reusable patterns, writing efficient and non-redundant code that adheres strictly to DRY principles.
  • Drive application performance and responsiveness by continuously optimising rendering, bundle sizes, caching, and load speeds.
  • Ensure production reliability through comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and component tests alongside continuous monitoring.
  • Translate design and functional specifications into production-ready code using modern frontend toolchains and automation frameworks.
  • Structure and scale monorepo workspaces with a strong focus on modularisation, versioning, and clean dependency management.
  • Enhance build processes, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD workflows to ensure fast, smooth, and dependable releases.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, maintaining strong technical communication, shared accountability, and a delivery-driven mindset.

Who you are

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Reactjs, with strong expertise in React Hooks, state management patterns, and JS fundamentals.
  • Proven experience in leading complex modules or features within large-scale web applications.
  • Strong understanding of monorepos, including workspaces, module isolation, shared libraries, version control practices, and publish/release workflows.
  • Deep proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React architecture, design patterns, and performance optimisation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of build systems and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.) and experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Competent with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) and building reliable test suites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex requirements into modular, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a high-scale SaaS or B2B email/marketing technology
  • Familiarity with AI tools and coding agents (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development workflows); strong integration of these tools into daily workflow is a plus
