Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design and lead the evolution of DeleteMe's platform. This is a hands-on role, you'll be writing code and making architectural decisions across frontend, backend, and worker orchestration systems. You'll be expected to leverage AI-assisted development as a core part of how you work.
Responsibilities
- Design and build across the full stack: frontend, backend, and worker orchestration systems
- Write production-quality code, leveraging AI-assisted development as a core part of your workflow
- Collaborate with the engineering team to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and systemic risks
Experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of making and owning architectural decisions
- Strong hands-on experience across frontend, backend, and distributed/worker orchestration systems
- Comfortable writing production-quality code every day, not just reviewing it
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools

The pay range listed reflects our good-faith estimated base salary, depending on experience, skills, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including bonus, where applicable.
