We at Coforge are hiring Senior Program Manager (F-10609-ERP-USA-FP-12) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive executive-level and cross-functional meetings, engaging stakeholders at Director, VP, and EVP levels.
- Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across multiple initiatives.
- Provide regular program status updates to senior leadership.
- Lead the PMO function and coordinate competing projects and business transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing complex programs and multiple competing projects.
- Strong program planning and execution skills, including timeline and dependency management.
- Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating program risks.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide status updates to Director, VP, and EVP-level stakeholders.
- Understanding of SaaS, hardware, and services business models and applications.
- Experience leading cross-functional meetings and PMO activities.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with renewals and business transformation initiatives.
- Background in Pricing, Entitlement, and Sales transformation projects.
- Experience working across SaaS, hardware, and services business environments.
