What you’ll own
- Go-to-market strategy for your product area: target segments and buyers, priority use cases, business cases, and targets for revenue, pipeline and adoption
- Packaging and pricing recommendations that support revenue goals
- Product launches and campaigns, which you co-own with Marketing as the product’s spokesperson in the market
- Giving Sales and Solutions Engineering the product depth they need to win, and supporting priority deals with customer executives
- Product vision and roadmap, tied to ARR and retention outcomes and shaped by ongoing customer discovery
- Working with Engineering and UX on scope, sequencing, quality and predictable delivery
- Presenting strategy and roadmap to our leadership team, board-level forums, and customer and partner executives
- Coaching more junior product managers, including on commercial practice
- Using AI to speed up discovery and the commercial cycle, and building it into the product itself What you’ll bring
- Senior product management experience in B2B SaaS, with commercial results you can quantify (revenue, pipeline, adoption, retention)
- Strong commercial sense: you build business cases, shape pricing and packaging, and connect product decisions to ARR
- Hands-on go-to-market experience: launches, campaigns and sales enablement
- Enough technical depth in cloud software to lead engineering conversations credibly
- A clear product point of view, backed by discovery and data
- Executive presence with leadership teams and customer C-suites
- Highly regarded: experience with enterprise buying committees and security-led procurement; a background in data governance, records management, privacy or compliance; experience in government, financial services or other regulated industries; mentoring PMs.
