Who we seek

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Agentic AI to help shape and build BigID AgentIQ, our agentic AI platform transforming how enterprises understand their data, automate workflows, and move from insight to action.

This is a hands-on product role for someone who has built and shipped AI-powered products and, ideally, AI agents or agentic workflows. You will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and customers to turn emerging AI capabilities into reliable, intuitive, and valuable enterprise products. You will own product initiatives end-to-end: from identifying customer problems and validating use cases to launching capabilities and measuring impact.

What you'll do

  • Build the future of AgentIQ: Define and execute product initiatives that use AI agents to solve real enterprise data intelligence problems.
  • Design agent experiences: Define agent goals, workflows, tools, APIs, skills, actions, decision points, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
  • Own execution & trust: Translate concepts into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while defining permissions, guardrails, explainability, and failure handling for enterprise data actions.
  • Customer discovery & validation: Work directly with customers to identify high-value agentic use cases, validate prototypes, gather feedback, and translate needs into product improvements.
  • Conduct market research: Analyze customer needs, competitive offerings, market trends, and emerging agentic AI technologies to identify opportunities and shape AgentIQ’s product strategy.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong technical background in areas such as Technical Product Ownership, Solution Architecture, or AI/ML.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, tool calling, APIs, orchestration, and platforms (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot).
  • Ability to navigate the evolving agentic AI ecosystem and evaluate emerging models, frameworks, platforms, protocols, and tools.
  • Strong technical understanding of AI application architecture, complex systems, and technical trade-offs, with the ability to prototype and experiment independently.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and customer-facing teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Advantages

  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and understanding their security, privacy, governance, and compliance requirements.

What’s in it for you?!

Our people are the foundation of our success, and we prioritize offering a wide range of benefits that make our team happier and healthier:

  • Equity participation - everyone shares in our success
  • Flexible work arrangements - for parents, for remote workdays, etc.
  • Office perks: dog-friendly environment, fully stocked fridge, gym, exercise classes, weekly Happy Hours, free parking, evening meals
