About the role

About Us

Gallery Media Group (GMG) is a modern media company that connects brands with audiences through compelling content, social storytelling, and cultural experiences. Our portfolio includes PureWow, Coveteur, and @cocktails, alongside original programming, experiential activations, and branded content partnerships.

We're focused on creating content that audiences actively seek out, engage with, and share—building franchises that live across social platforms, vodcasts, and real-world experiences.

About the Role

Gallery Media Group is looking for a highly organized, technically proficient, and creatively driven Senior Producer to lead the execution of our expanding video production slate.

You'll oversee the day-to-day production of multi-camera video podcasts, serve as the lead field producer for experiential programming (E4C), and support original social franchises and sponsored content productions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently run a studio, direct talent, manage production crews, and solve problems in real time. You'll be responsible for ensuring our productions look and sound exceptional while maintaining the speed, flexibility, and efficiency required for a modern social-first media company.

The ideal candidate is equal parts creative collaborator, technical problem-solver, and production leader—comfortable directing a multi-camera recording one day and leading a fast-moving live event shoot the next.

What You'll Do

Studio & Vodcast Production

  • Lead GMG's video podcast production end-to-end, from planning through capture.
  • Direct multi-camera tapings, managing blocking, composition, lighting, audio, and talent positioning.
  • Manage studio setup, equipment readiness, rehearsals, and recording workflows.
  • Partner with hosts, guests, and creative leaders to uphold production and storytelling standards.
  • Build repeatable studio setups and workflows for ongoing efficiency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot real-time production issues to ensure seamless recordings.

E4C & Field Production

  • Lead field production for E4C events and experiential programming.
  • Convert event concepts into actionable production plans, shot lists, crew assignments, and schedules.
  • Direct field crews to capture quality interviews, audience interactions, behind-the-scenes footage, and key event moments.
  • Identify compelling unscripted moments and storytelling opportunities as events happen.
  • Coordinate on-site logistics, including gear, crew movements, audio, lighting, and recording needs.
  • Ensure footage meets the requirements for premium recaps and social-first short-form edits.

Sponsored Content & Franchise Support

  • Partner with branded content and creative teams to execute sponsored video shoots in alignment with approved concepts and client deliverables.
  • Manage production schedules, crew requirements, locations, talent coordination, and other logistical considerations.
  • Maintain production standards while accommodating the unique creative and operational needs of individual projects.
  • Support the production of recurring social video franchises across GMG's editorial brands.

Production Operations & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Head of Video / Creative Director, shooter/editors, social editors, and editorial teams.
  • Draft briefs, call sheets, run-of-shows, shot lists, and technical documentation.
  • Organize and transfer captured assets into post-production workflows.
  • Maintain gear, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve workflows.
  • Build scalable processes to boost high-quality video output.
  • Ensure safe, professional production standards in studio and field settings.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of video production experience in digital media, entertainment, social content, or branded programming.
  • Proven track record producing and directing multi-camera studio shoots, video podcasts, or interviews.
  • Strong technical command of cameras, lighting, audio, and signal workflows.
  • Experience leading field productions for live events, interviews, and unscripted content.
  • Ability to direct talent and crews while making effective technical and creative decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent production planning, scheduling, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in modern post-production workflows, file management, and media handoffs.
  • Skill in balancing video quality with tight deadlines and resource limits.
  • Availability for on-site studio shoots and travel for live events as needed.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience producing social-first series and platform-native video content.
  • Experience with experiential marketing, branded activations, or documentary-style event coverage.
  • Familiarity with live switching, multi-camera synchronization, and remote recording workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar post-production tools.
  • Experience supporting both editorial and commercial video productions.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently smooth, technically sound vodcast recordings and field productions.
  • Reliable delivery of high-quality raw footage and audio for post-production.
  • Efficient, repeatable production workflows that minimize avoidable delays and reshoots.
  • Successful E4C productions that capture both the energy of the live experience and compelling social content.
  • Strong collaboration across creative, production, editorial, and commercial teams.
  • A production operation that can scale output without proportionally increasing complexity or cost.

Unsure if you meet the qualifications? We are always looking for talent which will continue to cultivate an inclusive and representative team that will enhance our perspectives, skill sets, background, and behaviors. We encourage those who are passionate about what we do to apply!

  • Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Employer-sponsored 401k with match
  • Medical, Dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Caregiver (Parental) Leave
  • Health and Wellness benefits

Base Salary

$115,000—$125,000 USD
