Salary up to £44,428.
Key Duties will Include
Within the Family Safeguarding team, you will adopt a pioneering model of social work, involving multi-disciplinary teams. As a Senior Practitioner you will use your specialist knowledge to take lead on complex cases.
- Support planning and safeguarding within statutory procedures and knowledge of relevant legal obligations.
- Manage an allocated caseload to provide specialist support.
- Make recommendations on improvements for the overall team and service.
About You
- Frontline experience in a safeguarding team at senior level.
- Social work degree and Social Work England registered (SWE).
- Previous experience in leading less experienced staff.
