Your mission
Run Bitpanda's paid acquisition hands-on and make experimentation the way we work. You will own the daily operation of our Meta, TikTok and Google campaigns across European markets, run a weekly creative-testing cadence with our in-house Studio, and prove what works with incrementality tests rather than platform dashboards. You join a performance team that has just restarted with a clear mandate and a measurement framework built on CAC and payback.
What you'll do
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns across paid social, app and search: account structure, bidding, audiences, pacing and budgets.
- Run structured creative and landing-page tests with clear hypotheses, together with the Creative Studio.
- Design and run incrementality and geo-lift tests; read results by cohort and customer quality.
- Work with Growth Analytics and our MarTech Engineer to keep tracking and attribution right.
- Report performance in our CAC and payback framework and turn learnings into the next experiment.
Who you are
- You have personally run paid social and app campaigns at more than €1m a month, in-house.
- You have run incrementality or geo-lift tests and can say what they changed.
- You judge performance by CAC, payback and customer quality, not by platform-reported conversions.
- You have run a creative-testing cadence with a creative team and know how to brief for it.
- Fintech, trading or gaming experience is a strong plus; hands-on depth is the bar.
