Are you a creative storyteller who brings brands to life through video, motion graphics, and compelling content? Do you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can lead production from concept and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are an independent creative agency connecting brands with people through strategy, storytelling, brand development, marketing, content, and live experiences. Our collaborative, curious, hands-on team brings ideas from concept to execution, valuing fresh perspectives, strong craft, ownership, and elevating one another’s work.

We are seeking a Senior Multimedia Producer candidate who is a passionate and talented storyteller with 5+ years’ experience directing, writing, editing, animating and producing compelling content through various mediums to increase lead generation for our brands and their consumers. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Multimedia Producer leads or executes content production from concept to release. Responsibilities include:

  • Create internal and external promotional videos, interviews, event recaps, highlight reels, and animations across digital platforms.
  • Manage pre- through post-production: concepts, stories, scripts, video/audio capture, editing, color correction, client revisions, text overlays, and archiving.
  • Partner with the Creative Director on motion graphics and animation.
  • Research and book shoot locations, schedule production, secure media releases, and submit vendor paperwork.
  • Support new business through concept pitches, client relationship management, budgets, and proposals.
  • Collaborate across departments to meet client expectations and deliverables.
  • Develop and track timelines, tasks, deliverables, budgets, and resources in Clickup and other approved platforms.
  • Manage competing projects, adapt priorities, and establish workflow tracking and clear delivery expectations for teams and clients.
  • Produce virtual and livestream events with studio, A/V, and event teams; support run-of-show, host/talent scripts, copyright permissions, licensing, and production coordination.
  • Secure internal or freelance crews for client and company event coverage; maintain an online freelancer database.
  • Deliver photography, website updates, social content, and video for organizational marketing.
  • Catalog and organize content, files, equipment, and other physical assets.
  • Apply client brand guidelines to all work.
  • Uphold the organization’s vision, mission, guiding principles, processes, and values.
  • Stay current on culture, industry trends, business processes, emerging technologies, and content delivery platforms.
  • Contribute to weekly brainstorms, internal meetings, and company-owned events.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Multimedia Production focused on filming and editing, or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing and event videography, producing short- and long-form social and conference content, including interviews, sizzle reels, animations, and presentation transitions.
  • Production experience spanning editing, storyboarding, scripting, budgeting/financing, stakeholder scheduling, and talent payments.
  • Collaborative team player who delivers high-quality production, takes initiative, and manages client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, Figma, or comparable multimedia tools.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and strong workflow organization and tracking skills.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who quickly turns new concepts into compelling content.
  • Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We Offer

  • Competitive compensation

  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • Retirement savings plan with company contribution
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Close-knit, collaborative team culture where your contributions are seen and valued
