Qualifications

  • 8+ years in People Operations, People operations or People compliance, with at least 3 years at a senior specialist or manager level.
  • Experience at a high-growth company going through an IPO, or at a public company, with hands-on work on SOX controls, audits or public-company people compliance.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage complex projects with tight deadlines, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in People Operations, within a multinational startup environment.
