About Figure

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIGR; OPEN: FGRS) is the leading blockchain-native capital marketplace for the origination, funding, sale, and trading of tokenized assets. More than 480 partners use its loan origination system and capital marketplace. Collectively, Figure and its partners have originated over $30 billion of loans to date, among other products. The fastest growing components are Figure Connect, its credit marketplace, and Democratized Prime, Figure’s on-chain lend-borrow marketplace. Figure’s ecosystem also includes DART (Digital Asset Registry Technology) for asset custody and lien perfection, and $YLDS, a yield-bearing stablecoin registered with the SEC as a security under the Securities Act of 1933.

Figure is the market leader in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. The company has received triple-A ratings from S&P and Moody’s on multiple loan securitizations, the first of its kind for blockchain finance.

We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Top 50 Fintech Companies and CNBC’s World’s Top Fintech Companies.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Treasury & Financial Operations to join our growing team! As Senior Manager of Treasury & Financial Operations, you’ll drive coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and operational efficiency for the team. You’ll bridge strategy and execution, handling and improving core recurring financial workflows alongside the team while managing its daily division of labor. This hands-on role is ideal for an ambitious operator who loves building efficient systems, enjoys the fast-paced world of fintech, and wants a direct impact.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and implement scalable funds flows and operational workflows for new fintech products and pilot programs, supporting Capital Markets and revenue-related areas of the business
  • Quarterback the analyst team’s daily rhythm in partnership with the VP, managing responsibilities and the division of labor without replacing the team’s direct connection to leadership
  • Own daily treasury operations, ensuring flawless execution of high-volume wire transfers, ACH movements, cash reconciliations, and remittance reporting
  • Drive automation of the remittance reporting process in partnership with the Servicing and Data teams
  • Strengthen and enhance treasury controls in a public company, SOX-compliant environment
  • Identify operational bottlenecks in current wire processes and build efficiencies that optimize team capacity
  • Serve as a proactive communication bridge, translating day-to-day technical challenges up to leadership and distilling strategic goals down to the team
  • Support execution of TopCo capital raising and investor engagement initiatives

What We Look For

  • 8+ years of experience in treasury or financial operations at a fintech company, including loan product or servicing experience
  • Proven experience designing payment infrastructure and operational funds flows for new products, and navigating modern payment rails (wires, ACH, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team, with a track record of mentoring and coaching direct reports
  • Hands-on approach and comfort working in the weeds of daily execution, with sharp risk judgment under tight daily deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment, with clear written and verbal communication
  • Project and change management experience
  • Experience in SOX-compliant environments
  • Ambition and operational execution to quickly step up into a broader leadership role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • The ambition and operational execution required to quickly step up into a broader leadership capacity.
  • Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures
  • Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes
  • Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team

Salary

  • Base Compensation Range: $144,500 - $195,500/yr
  • 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
  • Company equity in the form of RSUs

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plans
  • Company HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, 401(k), and commuter benefits
  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance
  • 11 observed holidays and PTO plan
  • Up to 12 weeks of paid family leave
  • Continuing education reimbursement
