Position

Kueski is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales (Acquisition) to win new enterprise merchants and technology partners for our BNPL business.

This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who closes complex enterprise deals, builds a strong pipeline, and develops high-performing Hunters.

As a key leader, you will lead two Hunters, own lead generation and Salesforce CRM discipline, and drive cross-functional execution to make Kueski the preferred BNPL solution for large digital businesses.

Key Responsabilities

Enterprise Sales and Account Acquisition

  • Personally lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through business case development, negotiation, contracting, and implementation handoff.
  • Build executive relationships at large technology, marketplace, mobility, streaming, e-commerce, and digital platform companies.
  • Win new-logo accounts of the scale and complexity of Netflix, Uber, Amazon, Mercado Libre, and comparable enterprise businesses.

Salesforce CRM and Lead Generation

  • Own Salesforce pipeline hygiene, opportunity management, forecasting, and dashboard visibility to ensure accurate execution.
  • Develop lead generation plans through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, events, and marketing campaigns to build qualified enterprise demand.
  • Use CRM data to improve lead qualification, funnel conversion, pipeline coverage, and follow-up discipline.

Team Leadership

  • Directly lead, coach, and performance-manage two Hunters, setting clear targets, reviewing pipeline quality, and removing barriers to closing strategic opportunities.
  • Create practical sales playbooks, account plans, and coaching routines that strengthen enterprise prospecting, executive engagement, and deal execution.

Performance and Operations

  • Own acquisition KPIs including qualified leads, pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, forecast accuracy, and revenue delivered.
  • Maintain a rigorous operating cadence with clear reporting, deal reviews, and action plans for priority enterprise opportunities.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, CRM workflows, and tools to increase productivity, visibility, and scalability.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Operations to shape enterprise proposals and remove blockers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Translate enterprise customer needs and market feedback into clear recommendations for commercial and product stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years leading and developing sales talent.
  • Proven success selling technology, SaaS, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or related digital solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated experience closing complex, high value new logo deals with enterprise organizations.
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM expertise, including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, dashboard use, and data quality discipline.
  • Strong lead generation and enterprise prospecting capability, with experience building demand through outbound, partnerships, and marketing channels.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken, with exceptional negotiation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Diversity & Inclusion

At Kueski we embrace diversity in all forms, systematically promote equity, and ensure everyone feels included with a sense of belonging. We are committed to the full inclusion of all qualified candidates. As part of this commitment, we will make efforts to ensure reasonable accommodations are made during the hiring process. If reasonable accommodation is needed, please let the Talent Acquisition team know.
