About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Global Regulatory Affairs, to lead all international registration activities and support global market access for our product portfolio. • Develop, communicate, and execute clear regulatory strategies, requirements, and timelines to achieve efficient and compliant global launches
  • Is the subject matter expert to bring products to market and to ensure compliance with global requirements, including but not limited to providing regulatory guidance and approvals for labeling, packaging, and marketing
  • Conduct global claims review to ensure alignment with applicable regulations and substantiation standards
  • Oversee claims substantiation and ensure that marketing claims are backed by sufficient scientific evidence to avoid "misbranding".
  • Oversee global formulation and raw material compliance assessments in partnership with R&D and Safety teams.

Compliance & Regulatory Intelligence

  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate global regulatory intelligence, translating insights into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, state laws, and sustainability-related regulatory requirements
  • Support regulatory aspects of sustainability initiatives, including evolving environmental and ingredient-related requirements
  • Oversee new mandatory requirements, including facility registration, product listing, and enhanced adverse event reporting

Process Excellence & Ways of Working

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and clarity across regulatory workflows
  • Simplify and standardize ways of working across cross-functional teams
  • Drive internal initiatives that improve regulatory operations, documentation, and communication practices

Training & Stakeholder Support

  • Serves as the primary liaison between R&D, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align product launches with regulatory timelines
  • Develop and deliver ongoing regulatory training programs for cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales)
  • Provide day-to-day regulatory support and consultation to key business partners

Leadership & External Engagement

  • Lead and Manage and develop direct report(s), providing mentorship and performance oversight
  • Represent the company in industry associations, working groups, and regulatory forums, maintaining an external presence and influence

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a scientific or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in global regulatory affairs, with a strong focus on international registration requirements and support for cosmetic products
  • Deep knowledge of global cosmetic regulations, labeling requirements, and claims compliance
  • Demonstrated experience supporting global product launches and market access strategies
  • Strong understanding of raw material and formulation compliance
  • Experience with regulatory intelligence and sustainability-related regulations is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members

Key Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process simplification and efficiency
  • Ability to manage complexity and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a global perspective
