Role Summary

As Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy, you will help shape the commercial direction of our Marketplace and Software businesses. Working at the heart of the business, you'll partner with Executive Leadership, our Private Equity investor, and teams across Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to tackle our biggest commercial opportunities, influence high-stakes decisions, and turn strategy into measurable growth.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex business challenges, using data to drive decisions, and leading initiatives from idea to execution. Reporting to the Head of Pricing and Commercial Strategy, you'll play a key role in shaping the next stage of our growth journey.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market presence, and unlock monetization opportunities across the Marketplace and Software business units
  • Identify, prioritize, and evaluate strategic growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling, translating insights into actionable recommendations that inform leadership decision-making
  • Own the development of robust business cases and strategic recommendations that support new initiatives, product monetization opportunities, and investment decisions
  • Leverage commercial performance data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities to optimize pricing, packaging, cross-sell strategies, and overall revenue performance
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to align commercial strategy with product roadmaps, go-to-market plans, and broader business objectives, ensuring coordinated execution across teams

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree considered an asset.
  • 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus on digital, marketplace, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, including experience in financial modeling, business case development, revenue forecasting, and ROI analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to structure complex analyses and deliver clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working with large datasets and leveraging analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to generate actionable commercial and customer insights.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and support growth initiatives such as pricing and packaging optimization, product monetization, market expansion, and cross-sell/upsell strategies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence senior leaders, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
