  • Collaborate closely with account partners and strategy leads on strategies to attract and close key accounts and to ensure strong cross-functional alignment
  • Partner with content, field and digital marketers to build, execute and track integrated campaigns
  • Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers
  • Oversee the timely execution of ABM plans
  • Measure campaign effectiveness based on appropriate KPIs
  • Execute high-impact field campaigns and ABM initiatives to expand and accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Influencing active opportunities in the pipeline to reduce the sales cycle and drive faster conversions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in marketing or customer facing roles (Sales, CSM) for an enterprise software or cloud-based solution provider
  • Strong experience in building and executing integrated marketing programs, managing program budgets, and reporting
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across stakeholders
  • Hands-on, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, strategic thinker, and analytical mind to manage cross-functional teams across different geographies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time with excellent attention to details
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience with sales, CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Bachelor’s degree required
