Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior HR Business & Talent Partner to serve as the HR lead for Lumilens’ two Thailand manufacturing sites in Chon Buri and Pinehurst.

This role will partner closely with site leadership, hiring managers, and the global People team to build and execute the talent hiring strategy for both sites while providing senior-level HR partnership across employee experience, onboarding, workforce planning, and people operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong HR business partnership, talent acquisition experience, and the ability to create practical, scalable HR processes in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Recruiting & Talent Strategy

  • Lead the talent acquisition strategy for both Thailand manufacturing sites, with a focus on building strong pipelines for production, engineering, operations, quality, and site leadership roles
  • Partner with site leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, prioritize critical hiring needs, and translate business goals into clear recruiting plans
  • Own full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer support, and hiring process follow-through
  • Use market insights, hiring data, and candidate pipeline trends to improve recruiting effectiveness, speed, and quality of hire across both sites
  • Build consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences that reflect Lumilens’ culture, pace, and expectations

HR Business Partnership & Employee Experience

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across the Chon Buri and Pinehurst manufacturing sites
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to managers on employee relations, performance conversations, organizational changes, and people-related decisions, escalating sensitive matters as appropriate
  • Partner with global HR, site leadership, IT, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure HR programs are implemented clearly and consistently across Thailand
  • Strengthen onboarding for Thailand new hires, ensuring employees are set up for success from offer acceptance through their first 90 days
  • Create and maintain clear 30, 60, and 90 day onboarding plans in partnership with managers, HR, and site teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, communication, and employee experience as Lumilens scales its Thailand manufacturing operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred
  • 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnership and full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or other site-based workforces preferred
  • Strong ability to partner with site leaders, influence hiring decisions, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated ability to build recruiting pipelines, manage hiring processes, and use data to improve hiring outcomes
  • Excellent judgment, communication skills, and comfort working across local and global teams in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance
  • Professional development opportunities and certification support
  • Access to cutting-edge photonics technology and advanced packaging environments
  • Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams solving complex engineering challenges
