About the role

Build the Path Forward

At Path Robotics, we’re building the future of embodied intelligence. Our AI-driven systems enable robots to adapt, learn, and perform in the real world closing the skilled labor gap and transforming industries. We go beyond traditional methods, combining perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk-aware, reliable, and continuously improving through real-world use.

Big, hard problems are our everyday work, and our team of intelligent, humble, and driven people make the impossible possible together.

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to be the strategic people partner to our Operations organization, including manufacturing, supply chain, deployment, and field service teams. You'll work closely with leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen manager effectiveness, and support employees as we scale. You’ll report to the Head of People.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Operations leaders to make data-driven people decisions that improve team performance and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead performance and talent reviews and partner with leaders to identify top talent, address performance gaps, and drive employee development
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent needs across Operations functions
  • Coach managers and supervisors to build strong teams, set clear expectations, support employee growth, drive accountability, and navigate difficult people decisions
  • Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities for improvement in People programs and ensure they work effectively for Operations and non-exempt employees
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance concerns, with fairness, consistency, and sound judgment
  • Provide expertise on non-exempt workforce practices, including wage and hour compliance, attendance, scheduling, leave administration, and employee classification

Who You Are

  • 6-10+ years of HR experience, including HRBP roles supporting operations or manufacturing teams
  • Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, ER investigations, and ADA/FMLA
  • A true partner who brings solutions, not just problems
  • Data-driven and highly proficient in HRIS
  • Owns outcomes and follows through with urgency
  • Exercises sound judgment and protects trust in sensitive situations
  • Experience in a high-growth technical or manufacturing company is a strong plus

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Daily free lunch to keep you fueled and connected with the team
  • Flexible PTO so you can take the time you need, when you need it
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 6 weeks fully paid parental leave, plus an additional 6–8 weeks for birthing parents (12–14 weeks total)
  • 401(k) retirement plan through Empower
  • Generous employee referral bonuses—help us grow our team!
