About the role

Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

As Senior Growth Manager for Korea at RZR, you will drive revenue growth and client retention across a portfolio of strategic KR accounts — identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities through growth initiatives and product adoption.

At the account level, this means building strategic growth plans, managing forecasts and pipelines with discipline, and delivering consultative partnerships across client organizations up to executive level. Internally, it means cultivating strong cross-functional relationships, aligning teams, and removing blockers so that growth strategies land with precision and impact in the KR market.

This is an individual contributor role with real ownership from day one. You will not inherit a playbook — you will build one. The right person for this role combines commercial instincts with analytical rigor, earns trust at every level of a client organization, and operates with the independence and accountability of someone who treats their portfolio like a business.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Retention & Growth

  • Drive sustainable revenue by growing accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering opportunities that result in long-term growth for each assigned KR account

Client Ownership & Strategy

  • Own end-to-end account strategy by setting clear growth plans across three key areas: relationship mapping and development, upsell and cross-sell strategies, and short and long-term revenue growth and retention initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering data-driven recommendations and fostering product adoption through regular engagement with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Develop strategic relationships that generate marketable client wins, gather product and market feedback for internal stakeholders, and maintain a 360° view of each account at all times

Campaign Management & Performance Insights

  • Ensure campaigns operate seamlessly and optimize effectively through collaboration with Analyst and Product teams, delivering insights that tie performance to real business outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, execute seamlessly, and deliver a consistent, high-value client experience

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain forecast discipline, accurate reporting, and financial rigor to ensure smooth execution and reliable account management

Required Skills and Experience

Must-Have

  • 5–8 years in digital advertising or mobile-focused ad tech in account management or customer success roles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Outstanding communication skills with a track record of building trustworthy client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving with logical and creative thinking to achieve goals
  • Effective at working with multiple stakeholders across different backgrounds and functions
  • Proficiency in at least one data dashboard tool (Holistics, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Fluency in both English and Korean, written and spoken

Nice-to-Have

  • MBA
  • Familiarity with data, AI/ML, and underlying ad tech technology
  • Prior mobile UA, DSP, or programmatic experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Why Join RZR?

  • Ground-floor opportunity to own and scale KR's highest-potential accounts — you will be a key driver of the region's growth, with real authority to move accounts from T3/T4 into Gold/T1 tier as the KR team expands.
  • Revenue ownership with a direct line to leadership — this role has a clear line to regional leadership and cross-functional teams across Growth, Product, and Analytics. Your impact is visible and your voice carries weight.
  • Consultative, executive-level relationships at leading mobile and app brands — you will be advising senior client stakeholders with data-driven strategy, not just managing renewals.
  • Competitive compensation tied to performance — base salary plus performance bonus and commission directly linked to account growth.
  • High-growth, entrepreneurial environment — RZR moves fast and rewards performance. Your trajectory here is defined by results, not tenure.
  • Leadership pipeline potential — as the KR Growth team scales, you will have the opportunity to mentor future Growth Managers and take on broader regional leadership responsibilities.
