About the role

Why Blue Coding?

At Blue Coding, we specialize in hiring excellent developers and amazing people from all over Latin America and other parts of the world. For the past 11 years, we’ve helped cutting-edge companies in the United States and Canada build great development teams and develop great products. Large multinationals, digital agencies, Saas providers, and software consulting firms are just a few of our clients. Our team of over 150 engineers, project managers, QA, UX/UI designers, and many more is distributed in more than 10 countries across the Americas. We are a fully remote company working with a wide array of technologies, and we have expertise in every stage of the software development process.

Our team is highly connected, united, and culturally diverse, and our collaborators are involved in many initiatives around the world, from wildlife preservation to volunteering at local charities. We stand for honesty, fairness, respect, efficiency, hard work, and cooperation.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a part-time Senior Front-end Web Developer to join our Marketing team and take ownership of our portfolio of company websites. You will be the team’s web expert: building new sites, maintaining and improving existing ones, and making sure everything is properly connected to our analytics and CRM. The role is long-term and ongoing.

We value a solid understanding of how marketing websites work more than experience with any specific tool. That means knowing how a form submission becomes a lead in the CRM, why a tracking event matters, and what makes a page fast and well-structured for search. If you are fully fluent in English, self-directed, communicate well with non-technical teams, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this role might be a great fit for you!

Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role

  • Build and launch new informational websites, primarily in Webflow.
  • Maintain and improve existing sites, including responsive and mobile display fixes.
  • Manage hosting, DNS configuration, and deployments.
  • Set up website integrations with Salesforce and other marketing tools.
  • Implement and maintain analytics and event tracking, starting with Google Analytics.
  • Keep on-page technical SEO in good shape across all sites (metadata, heading structure, redirects, site architecture, and page speed), and apply SEO best practices to everything you build.
  • Turn designs into working pages when we work with a designer, and build from existing templates and components the rest of the time.
  • Plan and prioritize your own workload in close collaboration with the Marketing team.

You will shine if you have

  • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production websites, ideally for companies with marketing teams.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
  • An AI-first approach across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ownership of websites end to end, from development and launch to ongoing maintenance.
  • Experience leading at least one full website project, such as a launch, redesign, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining sites in Webflow.
  • Experience implementing analytics and event tracking.
  • Experience integrating websites with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and with other marketing tools.
  • Working knowledge of hosting, DNS, and deployments.
  • A good eye for design and attention to detail.
  • The ability to make sound technical decisions and explain them clearly to non-technical teammates.
  • Strong self-management skills: you set your own priorities and raise risks early.
  • Advanced English (C1).
  • Nice to have: experience with WordPress, Ruby on Rails, or a modern frontend framework.

What we offer

  • Salary in USD
  • 100% Remote
  • Part-time position (20 hours per week) with a fixed morning or afternoon schedule aligned with US business hours
